UP FOR BID IS COLLECTORS GUIDE BOOK,  "COLLECTING BRIDES BASKETS AND OTHER GLASS FANCIES" by John Mebane, Wallace Homestead, Pub 1978, softcover with 174 pages.  Illistrated.

A great book for the collector.  It has information about brides baskets, but also includes toothpick holders, bells, pitchers, and various other antique glass items, including Cut Glass.  It has some prices listed, (pretty much out of date), but it is more "information/research" material for the collector.  This book shows some wear, rub marks at the spine and on the edges of the cover.  It has been used, but still has a very tight spine,  and is in good to very good condition.  Still a lot of use in it.
