INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Please refer to the shipping calculator below for shipping cost.  Combined shipping discounts are applied to all purchases made within FIVE (5) days of initial purchase.  Combined shipping discounts are calculated automatically at checkout, but please wait for invoice on all multiple item purchases to ensure the correct total is calculated.  Please feel free to contact me for combined shipping quotes.  Multiple item purchases will be shipped together.

SHIPPING TIME:  Most orders ship with delivery confirmation within ONE (1) business day after your payment is received.  You will be notified when your item ships and shipping info will be provided to you at that time.  Orders will ship via the USPS method paid for.  I ship via USPS only.  Shipping via Parcel Post, Media Mail or First Class International can take up to 3 weeks to arrive, especially for larger items, so please allow extra time for delivery.  All orders will be packed professionally to ensure their safe arrival to your destination.

Normally, refunds and returns are not available on eBay items.  I do not operate a large store and I don't have "stock".  If you receive an item you are displeased with, please contact me and I'm sure we'll be able to work something out.  If you receive an item which is significantly different than described, please contact me withing THREE (3) days of delivery date for authorization to return the item.  Shipping costs to return the item are the responsibility of the buyer.  Once the return is received, you will be refunded the original amount paid including shipping cost.

Note: Shipping Insurance is optional.  It is recommended for most purchases, but it is not required.  I will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.  If an inusred item has been lost or damaged during shipping, please contact me to begin the insurance claim process.
