ABOUT PORT CITY SURPLUS
Shannon has been buying and selling surplus for over thirty years, and has been operating at the three acre site at 5305 Jensen for over eight years. During that time he has accumulated a wide diversity of items from the mundane to the intriguing. You can find building materials, lab equipment, file cabinets, desks, chairs, an autopsy table, and many items that defy categorization. There is also a collection of steel and stone sculptures by Houston artist Robert Graham. These are not for sale but are soon to be set up in a permanent display. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS.
Port City Surplus recommends shipping LARGE ITEMS to a commercial location with unloading capabilities to get the best possible rate. If this item must be shipped to a residential address we can do so, however, the freight company charges more for this do to the fact a lift gate truck is required.
When needing a quote for shipping please include the following.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not currently offer a combined shipping option.
SALES TAX: If you are a Texas resident or pick-up your item at our yard, you must pay sales tax of 8.250%. If you arrange your own shipping you are required to pay sales tax. Please indicate this when you buy the item.
LOCAL PICKUP: If you item is for local pick up please have your item picked up within 15 days of auction closing or your item will be relisted. If more time is needed please contact us to make special arrangements. Port City does not charge for local pick up.
