  All the specs are available on the "bossus.com" website.  It is covered by a 5-year manufacturer's warranty (though everyone knows that BOSS pedals are built like tanks).  Basically, I'm selling this pedal (and other BOSS models) for the local music store I work at in Illinois because we are overstocked on select BOSS pedals.  This is why this is offered as brand new and with warranty.  Due to my success on Ebay (100% positive feedback, for almost 250 transactions), my "boss" (pardon the pun) has decided to let me do the selling for his store.
