• We accept credit card payment for US orders only. We do not accept non-US issued credit cards.
• Payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item(UPI) complaint will be filed with Ebay upon non-receipt of payment.

• We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 14 days of your purchase via insured USPS or UPS.
• Returns must be approved and confirmed by email in advance. All items must arrive in the same condition as originally shipped. Please note that we cannot accept partial packaging.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
