The shipping cost listed is within the US ONLY. For an international quote, please email me. All items are shipped within the US via Priority, First Class or Parcel Post Mail with a free tracking number. The tracking number will be emailed to you by Paypal when the item is shipped. Items shipped internationally are generally via Airmail Letter Post. I ship within the US at least 2-3 times weekly. I ship internationally ONCE weekly.
