Any item you value should be insured. Insurance is offered at your request, unless the item is deemed to be of high value. All parcels are sent with a return address. If you do not receive an item and it is not returned to me, without insurance I am unable to issue a refund as tracking is not possible. All items are packed securely. Any breakages should be reported to me within 24 hours of receipt and will be dealt with on a "case by case" basis. |
