You are looking at Boyds, Fern Woodsbeary the Woodland Guardian with resin. She is a QVC Exclusive and was introduced in Fall 2001 and was RETIRED in 2001.  Fern is a 13" poly and bean filled,  white bear.  She is fully jointed.  Fern is wearing a green velvet jumper and a plaid hooded coat with faux-fur trim. She is holding a wicker gathering basket and with her are several of her woodland friends. Her friends are all chenille and poly filled, they are not jointed.  Her friends are all 3" tall and they are - Hootle the owl, Alvin the racoon, Tumbles the bear, Timothy the fox and Pippen the squirrel.  She is #33,879 of a Limited Edition of 40,000.  She comes with a stand and a Certificate. Also included is a resin of her holding a tree. Fern Woodsbeary is NEW with TAG (stamped with Liz Smith's signature), in original box, is in mint condition and has never been displayed.  The resin is also NEW with tag, in it's original box, in mint condition and has never been displayed.

Payment	We accept PayPal and Money Orders.   We charge a 6% State Sales Tax for purchases by Georgia residents.  Insurance is optional.    Please allow 2 business days from the time you pay to the time we ship.  If you make a purchase from us over the weekend, we will normally ship your package on Monday.
Combined Shipping	We do combine shipping cost for multiple purchases. You MUST WAIT for an invoice from me to get shipping cost combined.  Shipping cost are not combined by eBay, the seller does it.  To receive combined shipping YOU MUST MAKE ONLY ONE PAYMENT FOR ALL ITEMS.  If you pay BEFORE you receive my invoice no adjustments will be made.
Shipping	We ship to the US, Canada, The United Kingdom and Australia..   U.S. ORDERS - For all shipments within the U.S. 50, we ship via USPS Priority Mail or by USPS 1st Class Mail.  We can use UPS, however, there are additional costs so please inquire for the charges.     All items are packed properly for shipment.  If USPS insurance is not purchased, the customer assumes all responsibility for lost or damaged items.  We do use USPS Delivery Confirmation to confirm delivery of your package.     INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – Please inquire about shipping costs before you make your purchase.  We follow proper procedures for all International shipments.  Packages will NOT be marked as a gift.    We quote shipping and handling charges for USPS First Class International and USPS Global Priority Mail.  Please note: First Class International shipments CANNOT be insured.  We will not be responsible for the condition of items upon delivery or lost shipments.  Our international shipping rates include a $3 handling charge.
Delivery	We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for US shipments and every Tuesday for international shipments.
Refunds & Returns	Refunds or exchanges are given for defective items or incorrect items.  Shipping costs to return your item will be refunded only if it is our mistake or defective.
