POSTAGE

* I take great pride in the way I post your parcel and I use oz post parcels of a varied kind and also parcel wrap. A small packaging fee is charged where applicable for this reason and is already incorporated in to the postage price quoted
* In the event registered post is the only option, please understand that this is not negotiable. I use this service for expensive items that can be easily tracked, and also covers insurance for the buyer
* I am very fast with postage, most parcels are posted the same day of receiving cleared funds. If funds are received after 5.00pm, the item will be posted the following morning
* I do allow pre-arranged pick-ups. I am located in the SE suburbs in Patterson Lakes (close to Frankston). To arrange a pick-up, please email me first before you bid
PAYMENT
*I am extremely big on communication*
* in order for me to ensure your item reaches you in the shortest amount of time, I require constant and regular communication from the buyer. I please request checkout to be completed within 24 hours of winning the item, so I know when and how you will be making payment and also to keep an eye out for it. I don't expect automatic payment, but would like to hear from you sooner rather than later. thankyou
* I always notify the buyer when payment is received and again when the item has been posted
* I don't leave buyers in the dark and I am very friendly and approachable All I ask from the buyer, is to remain in contact with me, particularly if there are any changes. REFUNDS
* I will not refund your your money if you change your mind or no longer like this item
* If your item arrives faulty or not as described greatly in my listing, please email me, with your return, and if I agree with the fault, I will happily refund your money including postage. I will not refund your money for additional postage costs. I can also perhaps exchange the item for another as I do often stock multiple items
* all refunds are only granted when item has been received within 14 days of item being received by you and remains it it's original item packaging & condition as sent. If the item packaging has been opened or tampered with, I will not refund your money. Immediate contact must be made should there be any problems to arrange a return
* PLEASE NOTE: I am not responsible for any damage, loss or delays caused by Australia post and therefore will not refund your money if this occurs. If you are concerned, I can make arrangements for registered post and/or insurance at buyers request & expense and must be arranged prior to bidding/buying
