• Standard Int’l Flat Rate Postage = Air Mail with Registered, Tracking number available.
• Air Mail = Regular Air Mail service, NO Tracking number available.

Item lost during shipping:

• We don't take any responsibility if the item lost or late during shipping without 
  Registered post.

• If the item is lost during shipping with Registered post, 
  please allow 30-45 days for claiming by post office.
  We will resend the item or refund (no restocking fee apply) when 
  post office have confirm the item is lost.

Refund and Warranty:

• 90 days exchange service warranty from the date of purchase if the item is defective.

• We do refund if the item package do not open. 
  (Absolutely no refundable if the item package is opened)

• Buyer must return items to our Hong Kong office at his/her own cost of postage.

• All refund is subject to 20% restocking fee.
