This game will not be released in the US until April 17th, however I have a full-working U.S. Copy. Game developers who attended GDC (Game Developer Conference) Nintendo's Keynote speech were given this copy straight from Satoru Iwata himself, the president of Nintendo!

As you can see, this version includes a special note from the Nintendo president as well as a seal on the front stating it is from GDC. The signature appears to be a lithograph, not an original autograph.

Brain Age is inspired by the research of Professor Ryuta Kawashima, a prominent Japanese neuroscientist. His studies evaluated the impact of performing certain reading and mathematic exercises to help stimulate the brain.
