This auction is for a Brand New, never used AT&T 3G Sim Card.  Since this sim card has never been activated, it gives you the convenience to activate it on your account, at your convenience.  You can replace your existing AT&T sim card with this sim card, or use it to activate new service with AT&T!  If you have lost or damaged your existing sim card, you can use this sim card to replace your lost/damaged sim and still keep your existing phone number.  You can also use this sim card to activate new service with AT&T.

Product is compatible with all AT&T or Cingular compatible GSM Phones.  You can use the 3G Sim Card for activation on an established line of service or to establish a new line of service with AT&T.

• Item usually ships within 1-3 business days of receiving your cleared payment.

• Item can take upto 14 business business day or longer to arrive if sent via USPS standard mail. 
  

• UPS Ground shipments can take between 2-7 business days to arrive. 
  

• USPS Priority Mail shipments can take upto 3-5 business days to arrive. 
  

• Shipping insurance is optional, unless stated otherwise.  We recommend every buyer to add on shipping insurance, when available, for your convenience and security.  If item is lost or stolen in the mail, and shipping insurance was not added by the buyer, we will not be held responsible for the package or for refunds.

• Tracking information will be available upon request, when available.  Please allow 5 business days post payment completion date for any tracking inquiries.

• If there is a problem with your order and you require a return or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product stating the problem you are having.

• All return/exchange requests are subject to approval.

• We reserve the right to reject returns based upon product or feature incompatibility.  Please bear in mind when purchasing unlocked phones, features such as text messaging, multimedia messaging and internet may not work.  Buyer is responsible for ensuring product and feature compatibility before purchasing.  No returns will be based upon product/feature incompatibility.

• Re-stocking fees will apply when deemed necessary. 

• Shipping and handling fees are non refundable under all circumstances.

• Exchanges will be processed free of charge and will be shipped free of charge.
