Return Policy

Merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is requested for defective return or replacement.

Customer must report to us with in 7 business days if the item is DOA or shipping damage.

All items can be returned within 7 days for refund.

20% restocking fee if part not used, not defective upon inspection, or wrong part ordered.

All items can be exchanged only after 7 days.

Buyer is responsible for part return shipping fee.

Exchange due to buyer wrong part ordered, buyer needs to pay 2-way shipping fee.

Shipping fee is non-refundable for DOA or un-used items.
