Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Items that are sold as-is will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Buyer is responsible for inputting all carrier dependant internet / WAP, MMS, etc... settings. Returns for this reason will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to offer a replacement of the same item if we have it available. If the buyer insists on a refund there will be a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. If we can not replace it, a full refund will be issued excluding any shipping fees. In any event shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
