Insurance is included at no extra charge. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, is extra and will be determined after auction ends or you may email us for a shipping quote. We only ship to the United States and Canada Canadian Bidders: We do not charge extra to ship to Canada but you will be responsible for any duties Canadian customs may charge, as well as any brokerage fees UPS may charge. All items will be shipped by UPS. We ship all items within 2 business days of receiving payment. A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is available. Please turn off your spam filters or check your junk mail box if you do no receive a tracking number. A signature is required on all orders over $100. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs. Like many eBay sellers, we use stock photos. Please read our description carefully to find out exactly what is included in each auction. If its not listed in our desciption, it probably is not included. Merchandise Pickup Back to Top To save on shipping charges, all our items are available for pickup. We are available for pickups from 12noon to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Under special circumstances we can be available for pickup on Saturday morning. However, we do encourage weekday pickups. Please call or email us to setup an appointment before you come. For pickups we accept cash only. We do not charge any kind of handling fee for pickups. Payment & Sales Tax Back to Top Payment must be received within seven days after the auction ends. We accept PayPal, money orders, and cash only. No personal checks please. Note to PayPal users: Items can only be shipped to your PayPal confirmed address. Please don't ask us to ship to a non confirmed address. Your request will be denied. If you need items shipped to an address other than your confirmed address, please send in a money order.
