Payment

We accept Paypal.

All payments must be received within 3 days after the auction or buy it now has ended. If payment will be delayed please email us the reason and when you will pay for consideration. If payment is not received within the 3 day period and we do not hear from you, the item will be relisted and no payment will be reported to ebay. Please make sure your ship to address is confirmed. Echecks for paypal also can take several days to clear and we can only ship after the check clears.

Please do not bid or buy items that you have no intentions on paying for.

Shipping

Your item will be shipped 24 hours after the receipt of payment. We will ship items Monday-Friday. The shipping cost is automatically calculated by your zip code so you pay the actual cost, and you have the choice of how you want us to ship (USPS or UPS). The prices include delivery confirmation and you will be emailed with the tracking numbers.

We can combine shipping on multiple auctions that are won withing 1 week of each other. We ask that you email us for the pricing before bidding so we can give you the proper price and email you with the correct invoice after the auctions end.

International shipping is available on most of our items so please email us for availability and pricing.

Due to changes in EBAY policy insurance is no longer ad optional addition. Hence all items over $100 will have insurance added automatically.

Feedback

We ask that you leave feedback when you receive your auction and we will do the same. If you are dissatisfied with the item please email us so we can resolve the issue promptly. We want all positive feedbacks and will make sure that you are happy with your purchases from us.

Returns

Sorry but we cannot accept returns.  All items are from the factory and new.  If the item does not work (for electrical items or battery opertated toys) we will replace if you contact us within 1 day of receipt of item.
