We will accept returns for DOA (dead on arrival) items or items significantly not as described.
Our policy allows for exchanges only. No refunds.
We are not responsible for shipping costs back to us. If buyer insists on a refund, they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please allow up to 2 business days to process and verify your return.
Every package that is sent out you will find an RMA form that must be filled out in order to ship back the phone.
Any unauthorized return or a return not for a valid reason will be subject to a convenience charge.
Shipping will not be refunded. Buyer has 48 hours from the time they receive the item to report it a defect to us.
After that, they will have 7 days to ship it back to us. Allin1phones carries many imported items and because certain items may or may not be intended for specific global regions a warranty beyond our 7 day return period is subject to manufacturer, carrier, and or Square Trade approval, and must be handled with the manufacturer, carrier, and or Square Trade directly.
Returns must be made in resalable condition. Items must be returned in original package along with all contents received, otherwise extra fees for missing and or damaged parts will apply.
