Primo will not accept hygienic product returns (ie. baths or toilet trainers). All claims for defects in merchandise must be declared in writing to Primo within 7 days of delivery. For defective merchandise Primo will either 1)Send parts, 2)Replace product or 3)Refund cost. For non-hygienic, non-defective product returns, there will be a 25%restocking fee & $5.00 handling charge. Item must be un-used, in original condition & received back in Primo warehouse within 10 days of delivery date. |
