All items are fully inspected before we ship out and also fully insured by UPS.  In the event your merchandise is damaged in transit, please keep everything together (included outside box, inner box and packing materials). E-mail us within two days, we will arrange UPS to pick up the damaged item(s) and we will send a replacement.

We will give combine shipping discount whenever possible (only if combine items are fit to one package).  Due to our items are in many size, I can’t tell you what the discount rate is.  But I usually give $3.00 to $5.00 for combine shipping discount.  If you want to know the discount before you bid, you may email me with items you are interested, and I will let you know exactly.
