We ship most items from our California warehouse using Fed Ex.  Visit our Shipping page to determine the estimated delivery time for your area. On occasion, we may also use UPS (3-5 business days) or US Postal Services (3-10 business days).  Item will be shipped within 1-5 days of cleared payment. We ship within the continental US ONLY. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or APO addresses. 

Per PayPal's policy, we will ship to the address on your PayPal account only. For the buyer's protection, all purchases over $250.00 signature delivery will be required. 

We will gladly accept returns for items that are DOA (dead on arrival) or significantly not as described. Unless described otherwise in the listing, all other sales are final. To qualify for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item. We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) that must be written on the outside of the shipping box. Item must be returned within 30 days of your original purchase date and must include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards and accessories. Returns not meeting the above requirements will be refused and returned to the sender. If a returned item is found not to be defective, it will be considered an unwanted item and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Buyer is responsible for return postage in all instances. Please allow up to 20 business days to test the item and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be made through PayPal less original s&h.
