This is a brand new , never used FIRST QUALITY rug. It is only opened for the photograph. It is not an overstock or catalog return or leftover or bought at a salvage store. Beware of others selling imitation braided rugs, that are made with factory leftovers, remnants and scraps of all kinds, polyester rope inserts. My family has been in the flooring business for 40 years and I know rugs. Braided rugs can vary in size 1-2" .99cent auctions are not eligible for any promotions or free shipping. The rug itself cost more than 99cents and the listing fees cost more than 99cents. We list them in hopes they will go for more than we pay, but sometimes they do not, so we are unable to combine shipping on these items. Thank you!
