A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
Nice vintage scale, say from around 50's 60's era. It works! I compared it with my digital scale and it's pretty close if not right on.
This is more of a blue color or a pale turquoise, doesn't have the green tone like aqua or teal. There is some paint loss although not much for the age. Could use a little cleaning in the black mat cracks.
