2008 Angel Ornament

I have a thing for Christmas Tree ornaments. I love them!
So this year I have made a limited collection of hand-painted angel ornaments.
Each angel is oil on wood, painted on both sides, numbered and signed. The wings and halos are copper wire and the halo is topped off with a bead and a satin ribbon for hanging.
Because each ornament is an original painting, they will vary slightly.
My elves will happily choose the perfect angel for you.
Each ornament comes in it’s own teal green gift bag with a brightly colored ribbon and a gift tag.
All you have to do is decide who to give them to.
Each angel is 6.5 x 5.5” including the wings and halo. Please allow two weeks for delivery.

A Word About My Paintings:

As far back as I can remember I have drawn and painted faces.
I've always felt that a person's face shows the story of their life.
Recently, I've been interested in "deconstructing" the architecture of the face
to see how far I can abstract it and maintain the human elements.
I also manipulate the paint application; drawing into the thickly applied pigment. 
I love painting humorous situations that we all encounter in everyday life
... and some we don't!
I hope you enjoy my paintings as much as I enjoy creating them!
