PAYMENT

We only accept paypal.  Payment must be received within THREE (3) days of the end of Auction, or you will receive a non-paying bidder alerts! NO EXCEPTIONS. LATENESS in payment will cause delays in your shipment, after the 3 day period.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All items are generally shipped 3-5 business days (excludes saturdays, sundays and holidays) after payment is made/cleared. Shipping is $9.99 for the first and $9.99 for each additional photo that is won.  PLEASE NOTE shipping cost.  We do not combine our shipping & handling charges on our auctions that start at .99 cents.  I will not what so ever haggle shipping and handling costs on items that are won.  By placing a bid you agree to our shipping terms. 

We are not responsible for packages bent/folded to fit mailboxes or damaged in transit.  If your mail person folds your mail you need to forewarn them photos are coming.  I WILL NOT answer/respond to emails or messages of photos being damged without any insurance being purchased.  NO EXCEPTIONS (This issue needs to be taken up with your local post office/carrier.)  

Insurance is optional and recommended. Inquire about purchasing Insurance for item(s) that are won.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If a photo needs to be exchanged because of a mistake on our part we will gladly replace the photo for the correct one, once the incorrect photo is returned to us. NO EXCEPTIONS!   PLEASE DO NOT email me requesting a replacement without understanding that the photo in question needs to be returned to us before we can send you a replacement. We need to verify the mistake and we will gladly replace it.  We will do our best to replace item(s) in a timely manner. Mistakes happen as we are only human and we will try our best to correct the mistake on our part.   If there is an issue with your order we must be notified within 5 days of reciept. Once photo is received we will evalate the issue and send out a placement.  Refunds are given in the form of credit towards like item{s} from 7Pudges, minus shipping and handling charges. NO EXCEPTIONS!
