You are bidding on a Bridgeport Series I R2E4 CNC Vertical Mill we just got this in from a very small 3 man shop which closed.        We were told it was running fine before being removal, and we did fire it up, but really don't know how to run it.      Unfortunately when moving, the riggers damaged the X Axis encoder as shown in the photo above.     We are unsure if the encoder can just be repaired or if it will need to be replaced, when we fired it up, it seemed to work OK....
