We accept PayPal, cashiers checks, and money orders. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. We accept personal checks for less than $100, but ask the buyer to allow 7-10 days for the check to clear. We expect payment to be made within 7 days of the auctions close.  Unpaid item disputes will automatically be generated if payment is not received within 15 days of auction close.

Please allow 5 business days for items to ship.  Generally items will ship much more quickly than 5 days.  We ship Tues-Friday, so occasionally if an item is paid late in the day on Friday, it will not ship out until Tuesday. 

We will ship items USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post, USPS 1st class, and USPS Media Mail.

Large and delicate items are usually shipped UPS Ground.

Items marked as "Local Pickup Only" are expected to be picked up at our store. The SaleWithUs store is located at:

We do not inflate our shipping prices. We charge very fair shipping cost and try to provide our customers with many acceptable options. We reserve the right to choose a different shipping carrier if the shipping to your particular zip code is grossly underestimated.  For example, to certain rural zip codes UPS Ground is outrageous. 

Generally, we charge a low materials and handling cost, and pride ourselves on safe, secure and fast shipping. We will be happy to combine shipping, please contact us for a quote if you plan on buying multiple items and would like to combine shipping. We strongly suggest our customers to purchase insurance on their items. It is the responsibility of the buyer to file claims if damage occurs, and we will assist in anyway we can to make the process smooth and fast.

Do you end auctions early or accept BUY IT NOWS?

We will never, under any circumstances, end an auction early. We will occasionally put a Buy it Now on an item, but as soon as the first bid or reserve has been met the Buy it Now option will no longer be available. We do not have the ability to put a Buy it Now on an auction after it has been started. We price our items to sell and always encourage using this feature when available.

Can you send me more pictures?

Yes, we will always be happy to send you more pictures of an item. Please let us know what specifically you would like the picture of. We will also need you to include your email address in the picture request. All pictures are sent via email.

Will you combine shipping?

Yes, we will be happy to combine shipping, please contact us for a quote if you plan on buying multiple items and would like to combine shipping.

What does "Local Pickup Only" mean?

If an item is listed as "Local Pickup Only," this means that the buyer is responsible for coming to our store location in Prospect, Kentucky and driving away with the purchased item. SaleWithUs will not ship items that are listed as "Local Pickup Only" due to the size, weight and/or fragility of these types of items.

Do you ship internationally?

We determine this on a case-by-case basis generally based on the size and weight of the item. International bidders should contact us before bidding.
