Once this has been confirmed in our own feedback, yours will be added shortly afterwards. If you’re not happy for whatever reason with your purchase, contact us so that we can resolve whatever problem that may have occurred. Do bear in mind though, that if you are bidding on ex-military, used, recycled items, that is exactly what they are. These are not new products and can have faults, wear or whatever. Each item is checked by us prior to listing and described accordingly. But with so many pieces coming in and going out, mistakes can sometimes happen. If your item isn’t as it should be, then contact us straight away so that we can put things right. An e-mail is always a much better way to resolve a small problem, than a pointless exchange of poor feedback.

LOST IN THE POST: Please be aware that if your item becomes lost in the post without insurance, the Royal Mail will only pay up to £34 compensation for any actual item, and won’t pay any postage costs whatsoever. In the event of making a claim the cost of the actual item is all that will be refunded.
