Please be sure to check all packages for any potential damage during transit. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to fully inspect the product at the time of delivery for any damage that may have occured during transit. We recommend taking off any protective wrapping to fully inspect the product, before the driver leaves. In the unlikely event that there is shipping damage, please contact us. Insurance claims can take up to as many as 90 days to be completed. We reserve the right to keep all monies in our escrow account during this time. We value your satisfaction and want you to remain our customer for many years to come. If we make a mistake in your order we will make it right, at no charge to you. This may include having the item repaired if that will solve the problem. Products normally ship approximately 4 days after payment is received. We cannot guarantee a certain delivery date due to occasional shipping company and warehouse delays. Once your order ships, ground delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days depending on where you live. We only ship to the Contiguous 48 States.
