MUSEUM QUALITY BRONZE CASTING OF THE EXTINCT TASMANIAN TIGER. The fossils you see in museums are mostly cast in resin, ceramic or plaster. This is cast in valuable bronze. The entire piece is 100% Museum quality bronze. This item is our exclusive design making it a valuable work of sculpture that may increase in value in the future. This weighs about 75 lbs and measures 26" high X 12" wide X 56" long. It was created using the famous pictures as reference. This strange creature went extinct in 1936, but not officially until 1986. It was a marsupial, making it the largest known carnivorous species in modern times. It is also known as the Tasmanian Devil, Thylacine, and Tasmanian Wolf. This is a perfect piece for a museum, park, or collector of fossils and all things natural history.
