Q. How long do I have to pay you for my items?

A.  Payment is expected and appreciated within 7 days.  I believe this is a fair amount of time to pay for purchases, so if payment is not received within 7 days, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed immediately.  I do not like filing these at all, so it’s best for all if payment is made on time! L

Q. Do you combine shipping for your baby booties?

A.  Absolutely!  I charge $1.90 for the first item and 20 cents for each additional item (booties only – other items may vary).  I will send out a combined shipping invoice once all auctions have ended for that day, unless I am notified of the auction listing numbers in advance.  Please do not pay for each item individually or I will not combine shipping.  Thank you!

Q. How much to ship outside the United States?

A. I’m sorry, but I do NOT ship outside the United States at this time.

Q. When will my item ship?

A.  I ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Your item will go out on my NEXT shipping day after payment is made.  If I receive your payment on a shipping day and I’ve not delivered them yet, I will try to package up your item(s) and mail them that day, however, this is at my discretion.

Q.  How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A.  I use First Class shipping via the USPS for all packages unless otherwise specified OR requested.  The USPS states that First Class typically takes 2-5 business days, but most clients report getting their packages within 2-3 days.  These are just estimates, however, as First Class mail has no guarantees on shipping time.

Q.  Do you take custom orders?

A.  Of course! J  I can typically finish custom orders within 72 hours, depending on how many previous custom orders are in queue before yours has been received.  Please contact me for pricing details.

Q.  Do you guarantee sizing will fit my child?

A.  Because children are unique in every way, each child’s feet vary as well.  The size recommendations I make are just that – I cannot guarantee they will fit every child in that age range.  I highly recommend going by the measurements listed in my auctions, rather than the age range suggested.  Please be sure to read the entire listing (regarding sizes) before bidding to ensure that you purchase the size your child needs.

Q:  Can I have you substitute another color/style/size if I win this auction?
A:  I'm sorry, but because the winning bid for this item will be based on the item pictured, I cannot make any substitutions.  If you would like a different color/style/size, I recommend bidding on any of my other auctions, or I will be happy to complete a custom order for you.
