BRUCE WEAVER TANBLAST LOVAT PIPE * AMAZING SANDBLAST!

You are bidding on an ENJOYED ONLY A FEW TIMES CONDITION light tan sandblasted "Lovat" shaped pipe that was hand crafted by the American pipe artist, and my friend, Mr. Bruce Weaver. It is stamped "3 114". The sandblasting is simply amazing! (This is Jim Cooke caliber blasting, my friends! It must be seen to be believed!!!) While extremly detailed, it appears that Bruce blasted the briar at an angle, so that the "rings" of the incredibly deep, symmetrical, and craggy "ring grain" sandblasting appear to rise from one another - almost like shingles on a roof! Again, I want to emphatically state that the sandblasting on the bowl of this pipe is AMAZING!

This pipe offers a very nice balance, and an extremly comfortable hand feel. In fact, much more so than average.  The blast enhances not only the hand feel, but the weight distribution as well. Although this pipe weighs 50 grams, it feels like only 30 grams! The walls are nice and thick for a cool performance. The draft is nice and easy.  A pipe cleaner will effortlessly glide to the bottom of the bowl.

This pipe has been thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, rejuvenated, and polished both inside and out. This took almost no time at all, since it was like new when I had received it.  The hand cut vulcanite stem is free from any tooth marks or scratches. The entire pipe is in an issue free condition that is ready to deliver immediate enjoyment right out of the box.

Here are the dimensions of this amazing pipe: The length is about 5.75". The bowl height measures 2.0". The tobacco chamber is about 0.825" in diameter and tapers down the bowl's 1.75" inner depth. Tobacco capacity is about that of a Group ODA size Dunhill pipe. This astonishing hand crafted pipe weighs 50 grams.

Once again, this is a seven-day no reserve pipe auction. I do not believe in "Reserve" or "Buy it Now" prices. I want the lucky high bidder to own and enjoy this pipe and not have him frustrate himself with bidding on a pipe that is not attainable on a price basis! I use only the best of packaging materials. The pipes that I ship have too much time and labor lavished on their restoration and presentations as well as the many of these pipes are irreplaceable works of art. I am not going to risk damage by using lesser packing. (In my nine years of selling pipes on eBay and shipping thousands of pipes around the world, not a single pipe has been damaged!) I also try my utmost to ship your pipe the same day that I receive your payment, even if this means making a special trip to the Post Office just for you alone. The Registered parcels that ship overseas take extensive time with both the packaging and four forms of documentation that must be filled out. Unfortunately, this all has to be reflected in my shipping costs, so please bid accordingly.
