Payment

• We accept PayPal.
• All PayPal accounts must be verified. We only ship to your verified PayPal shipping address.
• Your shipping address must match the verified shipping address for your Paypal account

• In order for us to combine your shipment please wait until you receive your invoice before you pay for your items. If you would like to combine multiple purchases please checkout once you have finished buying all of your items.

Shipping

• The shipping and handling amount is indicated on each auction.
• Please allow 2 business days for processing of your shipment.
• We are not responsible for returned packages with incorrect or non deliverable addresses.
• Transit times vary depending on your shipping selection. Please refer to the estimated delivery time in the ad or review the specified shipping providers webpage for details.
• International Buyers – Please Note:
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
  We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’  - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Returns

• You have 14 days to return your product for an exchange if available.
• All return shipments must be prepaid.
• Please contact us to request the proper return verification, any return without proper return authorization number will be refused.
• If there is a problem with your product we will gladly exchange the product (if available) or refund your payment.
• Any refund given due to buyer error is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• No refunds will be given for shipping cost.

Tax

• All NC residents must pay 7.75% sales tax on products purchased.
