Scharfen Buffalo Food Chopper. (This unit is very similar to a Hobart Food Chopper). This item came from a recently closed restaurant. It was still in use when they bought it to us to sell.. We have powered it up and it seems to be working fine. Unit does have very minor cosmetic blemishes, but is fully functionable..Not sure if it is suppose to have a knob on back of unit, where you see the little shaft on back side of unit. You are buying exactly what you see in pictures, nothing more. Call us or email us before buying with any questions you might have
