Vintage Scuba Tow Plans detail the construction of a scuba scooter from the 1960's. The plans show how to make a water tight shaft seal and all the other parts required to complete the project. The Scuba Tow will run for several hours on a single charge, and has a speed of 2-3mph.

These plans have been edited from the original text to reflect changes in modern technology.

Also a second set of plans on building a DPV using easily found items, such as: PVC pipe (hull), 2 motorcycle batteries, switch, selenoid, 1 fiberglass kit, 1 sheet of 1/16 aluminum, trolling motor, nuts and bolts... Total cost for this project is estimated at $200 to $300.
