The +7.5dBi Omni Antenna offers a 360-degree WiFi
coverage in a horizontal plane. The gain is 3.5 times stronger than a 2dBi
rubber duck antenna. It works with most 802.11b/g WiFi devices and improves user's
wireless experience in terms of WiFi signal reception and speed of connection.
Handy desktop connection to a desktop or a laptop computer, and it works
beautifully in picking up WiFi signal from a TurboTenna 007GT PRO connected to a
wireless router or an access point at home. Also suitable for road warriors who
need a small antenna on his/her travel bag. It comes with the 6FT RF cable.
Installation is simple. You can plug the RF connector of the omni antenna to the
PCMCIA wireless adapter of your laptop, or the PCI card of your desktop
computer.
You can also stick the magnetic base of the
antenna to the car roof for Wardriving.
