Terms and Conditions:

Shipping Locations: Currently I will only be shipping within The United States. Also, if using PayPal to remit auction payment, I will only ship to an address that has been Confirmed through PayPal as your Ship To Address.

Shipping Costs: The freight rate will be based on the level of freight service you choose and your ZIP Code. There will be an added packaging and handling fee of $1.50 to cover the costs of packaging and local package delivery to UPS Store or U.S. Post Office. This fee is automatically added to the calculated freight total for shipping to the ZIP Code that you provide. Please consider the overall freight charges along with adding any applicable shipping insurance cost prior to bidding.

Packaging: Your item will be packaged using the best protective method possible to help ensure that you will receive your item in satisfactory condition; safe and sound. Your shipment should be safe under most normal transit conditions; however, to add an extra layer of protection you might want to consider the purchase of optional shipping insurance should you deem it necessary.

Shipping Insurance: Shipping insurance is optional, but I do encourage the winning bidder to protect their shipment from loss or damage by purchasing this coverage if needed. I will not be responsible for a shipment that is lost or damaged by the chosen freight carrier. So, for total protection, please consider insuring any higher valued items. If you elect to use UPS as your freight carrier, UPS automatically insures shipments valued at $100.00 or less. Any UPS shipment that exceeds $100.00 in value would require the purchase of additional insurance to cover the excess value above the first $100.00.

Shipping Dates: When your item ships will vary from same day up to 3 business days after receipt of payment. This will depend upon the time of day and day of the week payment is received. Most items will usually ship out the next business day.

Payments: Sorry, NO PERSONAL CHECKS! I accept and prefer PayPal as primary method of payment, but will also accept Cashiers Check or Money Order.  Upon the close of auction, for payment options other than PayPal, the winning bidder is asked to make contact within 3 days to indicate payment method and shipping preference. Payment must be received within 7 days from the closing date of the auction.

Returns/Refunds: Bid with confidence. All auction items are described to the best of my knowledge of the item and are photographed to show the item as well as possible. Further item information is offered to buyer via email/eBay message center. Please ask all questions before bidding. All items are sold "AS IS" with no warranty expressed or implied. However, I will offer a "Full Refund" if an item has not been correctly described, if an item is defective, or if an item is significantly different from the description listed. Refunds do not apply for items that are lost or damaged by the freight carrier. Optional shipping insurance is available upon request. Applicable refunds will be promptly given upon the return of the auction item in the same box and condition as when shipped. All returns must be made within 14 days from end of auction. Advanced arrangement for item return must be made. The item must first have a Return Authorization Number issued to the buyer from the seller prior to the item being returned.
