I AM NOT SURE HOW OLD THIS IS. I PURCHASED IT AT AN ILLINOIS ESTATE SALE ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO. IT IS SILVER TONE METAL. IT MEASURES 3 1/2 BY 2 1/4 INCHES. THERE IS A SURFACE SCRATCH ON THE TOP LEFT SIDE. BLACK AND RED PAINT ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
