The color of this piece looks like it came right out of the Cra*ola crayon box. Sharp drips embossed - "H. G. CO. / PATENT MAY 2 1893 // PETTICOAT". Light wire rub on the wire ridge and a very light internal skirt bruise behind 4 drips and a total of 5 scattered drips have a touch of flaking.
