This unit is in excellent previously used condition and is currently being used for a local business that is closing. It was purchased new 18 months ago and installed at that time. Overall it's very clean and was only used for flowers, not food. The fans are in excellent condition with no dust or grime. Sold in as is condition. Remaining Warranty Included (see more information below).

SPECIAL FEATURES:
An extra wide PALLET door opening, for easy delivery of large items. Also included as a BONUS are six 3ft x 3ft x 6ft storage shelves as seen in the photos.

Please Note: The NEW BUYER will have to disassemble it which includes the disconnecting of wires and pipes before the panels can be removed. We will provide the name of a local service person who was the same person who originally installed it. The new buyer is welcome to contact this person for an estimate to disassemble it. All disassembly will be at the buyer's expense.

Shipping:

Local pick-up is available, a $5.00 handling fee will be charged for a single item or auction for a group of items. Cash or money order only for in store payments when picking up your item.

STORE POLICIES:

For All Electronics and items we are unable to fully test: these are sold on an "AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS" condition as of the date of sale. Bidders are required to conduct research prior to placing bids as returns are not accepted except for proven shipping damage only. Buyer must contact us immediately upon arrival if shipping damage is noticed.
The winning bid shall be considered an agreement to buy and is final, failure to pay within 7 days of end of auction will result in an unpaid item strike against your eBay account to recover eBay fees. We reserve the right to contact a Debt Collection Agency to recover the monies owed to us for the purchase of an item. This will appear on your credit report.
Buyers must bring enough people to load and remove large items from our store or from the location where the item is being held. Our consignors and staff are unable to do any lifting.

We are happy to accept credit card payments through PayPal. We will also accept money orders. We will accept personal checks, but check must clear before we will ship the item.

Payment is required within 5 days of the close of the auction. If you have extenuating circumstances on sending payment, you must email us immediately to notify us of the expected date of receipt of payment.

Shipping Information
We pride ourselves on the quality of items sold. We pack and ship our items professionally to ensure each item you buy from us arrives safely and in the listed condition. Our items are shipped via FedEx Ground Insured (USPS in some cases). Please check the shipping calculator in the body of this auction to obtain an accurate shipping cost associated with this item based on your zip code. If the listing does not include a shipping calculator, it will clearly state the flat rate amount or indicate it is for Local Pickup. All shipping prices include a standard handling fee that includes the cost of all packaging materials. Items are typically shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, so please provide a standard mailing address with your payment. If you pay by PayPal, and your shipping address is different than your confirmed address in PayPal, you must email us directly to let us know of the requested change. We will email you back to accept it, otherwise your item will be sent to your confirmed PayPal address.

Local pickups are subject to sales tax and a $5.00 handling fee per item.

Returns
We pay the highest attention in ensuring that listings are accurate and reflect the quality and condition of the item. We will accept a return if an item is clearly misrepresented in the listings. Descriptions and pictures are taken immediately before the item is listed and are accurate at that time. If you receive an item and there are any questions on the representation of the item, you must email with problems within 3 days of delivery.
