How does the Mini Masseuse work?

Mini Masseuse uses bio-electric stimulus to massage your muscles. This actually causes the muscles to exercise and increases circulation in the area of the massage. This can really help to reduce tension and knots. It can also reduce inflammation. Consequently, Mini Masseuse can help your muscles and joints feel better.

Where can I use the Mini Masseuse massage pads?

You can use the Mini Masseuse massage pads on almost every muscle and joint area on your body. Do not apply the massage pads near the heart, on the head, above the neck, in the pubic region, over scarred areas, on the throat or in the mouth. As a general rule of thumb if you have a muscle or joint that is hurting, put the pads on or around the area always making sure both pads are on muscles.

Is Mini Masseuse safe to use?

Bio-electric stimulus is perfectly safe to use and is therapeutic for most people. However, people with certain health conditions cannot use this massager. Pregnant women must avoid using this massager. Patients who use a pacemaker or life-support equipment, such as an artificial heart-lung device(s) and/or respirator-type medical devices must avoid using this massager.

How long do the massage pads last?

With frequent usage, the two pair of pads included in the massager package should last about 4-6 months. Always make sure to apply a few drops of water on the pads before and after usage. Cover the pads with their protective films after usage and put them back in their zip lock bags so they don't dry out.

How long will the 3 AAA batteries last in the massager?

Generally about 20 hours of run-time or more. This kind of technology is not hard on batteries.

This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the USA or Canada. A product that requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not covered under warranty.

MJSpecialtyRetail shall not be responsible for any type of incidental, consequential or special damages. All implied warranties, including but not limited to those implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited in the total duration of 2 years from the original purchase date.

Upon receipt, MJSpecialtyRetail will repair or replace, as appropriate, your product and return it to you. Please allow four weeks for warranty processing. Please be sure to include the original components when returning the unit (massager, wires and pads). Otherwise, we will not be able to properly troubleshoot the Mini Masseuse unit. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which may vary from state to state. Because of individual state regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
