This item is reduced in price, as we have found some of these to have lost the elastic and with the cases we have, are simply reducing the prices down on these to move them out of our warehouse. They are still wearable and some are just fine, but apparently there are many that the elastic nylon has begun to break on them and we have listed this extremely below our cost to simply move them out.

Therefore, we are not going to be able to accept returns on this item, as we are clearly stating for each buyer the potential that many of these could potentially be much less than quality, although they are all new in manufacturers unopened cases and this will be the manner in which we ship these 60 pound boxes.

Each Case Contains 72 individually packaged shorts, each with the inner lining, issued to both Mail and Female soldiers. This is the earlier version of the PT shorts.

You are purchasing the size indicated in the title of the listing, however this is a template for all sizes, so the sizing is issued accordingly as stated here:

Small 27-31" Waist, Medium 31-35" Waist, Large 35-39" Waist and XXLarge to those with 43-47"W

I certainly believe that there will be plenty worth this $4.99 cost being asked for these cases, but we just are not going to spend the labor, with all the other goods we have to get through, inspecting each of these individually and having disatisfied customers.
