Payment
ü We accept payment via PayPal and Money Orders/Cashier's Checks. Please pay (or let us know you're sending the money order) within 3 days of receipt of our invoice (contact us if you need more time--we're happy to accommodate you!).
ü If you purchase more than one item from us, we'll send you a combined invoice just as soon as possible, so wait to pay until then, so you can save on combined shipping!
Shipping
ü Books and VHS tapes will be shipped via USPS Media Mail, unless you choose other options included on the invoice.
ü We ship via USPS (Parcel Post & Priority) and UPS, but if you want to use another carrier, just contact us.
ü Shipping insurance is included on all items, so that all buyer and seller protections offered by eBay and PayPal are in place.
ü We will ship via Priority Flat Rate when the item fits in the Flat Rate box and it lowers your postage costs (this usually applies to folks in States further away from our location in California and it may also apply to International eBayers). So, if the listing states that the item will fit in the Flat Rate box and your calculated postage is over $11.95 (U.S. eBayers) or $24.85 USD (eBayers in Canada and Mexico) or $38.15 USD (all other International eBayers), please wait to pay until we send you an invoice so we can include the discount at that time.
ü International eBayers: Yes, we ship worldwide, so if you love what you see, you can buy from us! We generally offer you the choice of USPS First Class International and USPS Global Priority, but let us know if you prefer another carrier. Note--we cannot falsify the customs form by stating that your item is a "gift"...so please don't ask us to! Also--please be aware that First Class International (a great option for the price) can have a slow delivery time, so if that's a concern, please choose Priority!
Returns/Damaged Items
ü If your item arrives damaged, keep all packing materials and notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we'll replace it or refund your money.
ü If a listing states that the item is being sold AS-IS, then no returns/refunds are allowed except for items damaged during shipment.
ü If you receive an item and you don't like it (and it wasn't listed "as-is"), contact us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us and we'll refund your purchase price once we receive the returned item in un-used undamaged condition (sorry, no refund of shipping/handling charges). |
