Baby safety & health shopping cart cover. Use it in your shopping cart or fold the flaps and use it as a play mat for baby. This is used and was passed down to me by a friend. The cover has been altered, my friend moved the play toys to the front from their original position which was in the back and would have only been useful when being used as a playmat. She covered the holes with felt (the white patches visible in the pictures). This alteration makes the cover more useful and does not take away from its effectivness at all. Once placed in the shopping cart the back forms 3 pockets which can come in handy for holding diapers and wipes, bottles, toys, ect. Any questions, just ask.
