This will come to you wrapped in coordinating cellophane (or tulle) and ribbons, CAREFULLY packaged for shipping. Shipping Insurance is included in the cost of shipping. If your item is damaged when you receive it, the damage occured in shipping as I do NOT sell damaged items, (unless noted in the item desciption). If you receive your item and it has been damaged please contact me immediately and I will begin the claim process to get you a refund. I do NOT refund shipping cost you paid. I apologize but I do not profit on shipping. A refund of the purchase price will be issued once the claim has been complete. Also items lost in shipping require a 21 day wait period before a claim can be made. I will notify you when your item is shipped if you have not received it after 21 days please notify me and again, I will begin the claim process and a refund of the purchase price after the claim is complete process is complete. Please understand this is to protect you and the process takes time, as I am not a business that has cash on hand to issue refunds for the postal services carlessness. Generally I do NOT have issues with shipping, but it has happened once therefore in order to protect you as the buyer I have implemented these precautionary measures.
