All item(s) will be shipped within 2 days after payment cleared. Item(s) will be shipped UPS Ground for a Flat Rate Shipping Charge with Insurance included. Delivery with in approximately 7-10 days. We have gone GREEN on shipping. Your item will be packed using Pelaspan-Pac Natural. This packing material is 100% biodegradable, does not release harmful air pollutants , nor use petroleum base raw materials, and it's completely reusable and recyclable! Pelaspan-pac can be discarded on the front lawn and water will desolve it!

Refund Policy:
Items may be returned within 5 days for a full refund (buyer to pay return shipping cost). Return your item(s) to Customer Service Address on packing slip and write Order I.D. on outside of package.
Damaged Goods:
If your item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition or is damaged. We will replace your damaged item(s) and will provide you with instructions on shipping your unsatisfactory item(s). Insurance of your item(s) is included in shipping cost.
Inventory:
All items are in inventory at the time auctions are listed. If the item becomes out inventory you will be given the option of an immediate refund, or to wait for the item to return to inventory.
