I have many great products and I give combined shipping discounts. On CALCULATED shipping weights are combined and no other charges are added. On FLAT RATE shipping you pay shipping of the greatest amount and only $2.00 more for each additional item purchased. Free shipping and shipping under $2.00 does not qualify for my shipping discount offers. So, shop around my store, you are sure to find several items to interest you.

Items shipped to APO / FPO addresses and internationally may require 4 – 6 weeks for delivery!!

All items will be shipped on the first Monday, Wednesday or Saturday after payment clears.

Insurance is required on all breakable items and is optional on all others. I am not responsible for loss or damage due to shipping. If insurance is purchased I will assist you in recouping your money from the Post Office. I strongly suggest purchasing insurance on any items even remotely breakable or valuable. The cost is minimal for the peace of mind. If you would like a tracking number, please add 75 cents to the shipping cost when you pay for your item and e-mail with a request for a tracking number before the item is shipped. To keep shipping costs low I do not get them unless you specify that you want one!

RETURN POLICY

 

I stand behind every product I sell. If you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase - for any reason - I will refund the cost of the item if shipped back to me within 3 days of your receiving the item. Only the cost of the item is refunded; I do not refund associated shipping charges originally paid. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. All items will be inspected prior to issuing a refund and must be in their original condition with original tags and packaging in tact. There will be a 15% restocking fee or .75 cents, whichever is greater, for returned items to cover my fees for the original listing of the item.

I try very hard to give accurate and detailed descriptions of all my listing. Please read them and ask any questions before buying. Contact me via my eBay mail only. There are no refunds given for items sold as used, as is, or personalized items, or apparel once used (pet or otherwise).
