  quantity.  If you need an amount other than 20, please visit our store as these are sold individually (minimum
  order of 10 required).

  Important:  It is very important that we have the correct email address in which you would like your proof(s)
  sent as well as a contact number in case we need to reach you.  Also, PLEASE add our email address to your
  address book to ensure receipt of your proof.  If you do not see your proof within 48-72 hours (excluding Sundays
  and Holidays), please check your SPAM folder.  If you still do not see your proof, please contact us immediately
  so we can send another.

  Upon receipt of proof, please review it carefully and get back with us with any changes you would like made or
  the go-ahead to print/proof approval.

 return policy:
  Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.  We will send an unlimited amount of
  proofs via email prior to printing and shipping your order.  In the event there is an error on our part (if the error
  was due to our mistake and was not approved by you, the buyer), we will replace and ship your order at no cost
  to you.  It is very important that the e-proof(s) is carefully reviewed prior to the proof approval.  We want you to
