You are bidding on the first in an upcoming series of DVD’s designed to introduce and teach 2 new languages in as little as 5 minutes a day.  It is produced by Coral Cove Productions and the format involves engaging pictures that display the concept with the word sounded out in both English and Spanish, then displayed in American Sign Language.  You will learn around 4 new words each day, with a progressive format of learning and review.

The DVD is set up in segments of 14 days with a review at the very end.

 It is suggested that you watch along with your child and say and sign along with them.  Watch only one day at a time, as many times that day as your child would like, but do not advance on until the next day.  Children usually outshine adults in remembering words and signs.

This project has been about 4 years in the making.  We have tested with families of children from 6 months to around 10 years, and have had wonderful results.  We also tested it successfully with children and young adults with  learning disabilities, and autism.  Families of deaf children have used it to learn American Sign Language in order to better communicate with their children.

Trilingual Tots is designed to :  

1. Help new parents introduce different languages to their children at the age appropriate stage of their lives.
2. Enable children with learning difficulties such as autism and speech delays, to be able to communicate.
3. Help parents of deaf children to be able to learn American Sign Language and remove the frustration of not being able to communicate with their children.
4. Aid hearing children of deaf parents to develop language skills early.
5. Fulfill the desire to learn a new language be it early or late in life with the format which we all learned our first language. Simple, basic and built on what we already know. 
6.  Aid for teachers and care providers to include basic foreign language development in their classrooms.

 Trilingual Tots se ha diseñado con el fin de:

1.     Ayudar a padres nuevos a introducir lenguajes diferentes a sus hijos, a una etapa apropiada en sus vidas.

2.     Permitir a los niños con dificultades de aprendizaje, como el autismo e atrasos del habla, a poder comunicarse.

3.     Ayudar a padres de niños sordos a aprender el lenguaje de señas Americano e eliminar la frustración de no poder comunicarse con sus hijos.

4.     Ayudar a los hijos oyentes de padres sordos a desarrollar destrezas tempranamente.

5.     Realizar el deseo de aprender un lenguaje nuevo, sea temprano o tarde en la vida, con el formato con el cual todos aprendimos nuestro primer lenguaje-simple, básico e edificado sobre lo que ya conocemos.

6.     Ayudar a maestros y proveedores de cuido a incluir desarrollo básico de un lenguaje extranjero en sus salones de clase.
