email your questions if you need other information. All of my regular auctions end on Saturday and Sundays. Because of this, I process all payment for each week on Tuesday and Wednesday. Therefore, if you pay on Friday, for example, your order will be processed for packaging on the following Tuesday. By the same token, if you pay on Monday, your order will be processed the next day.

I list 420-450 auctions and listings each week, and my workload requires that I only process orders on Tuesday and Wednesday, packing them on Wednesday and Thursday, and ship on Thursday and Friday. International bidders MUST PAY ADDITIONAL COST for Shipping and Handling. NOTE: We only ship books and DVD sets to any country other than Canada or Mexico. We will not ship boxed games, or larger items to any country except Canada and Mexico - this is due to the postal rate change. If you are from another country - please as before bidding.

I recommend insurance for all International Packages - if you do not buy insurance on your items, and they arrive in poor condition, that is not our responsibility - you have the option of buying insurance on EVERY item we sell.

Shipping and Handling covers shipping, and handling (not just postage). I buy boxes, labels and other supplies like tape, and pay a packer to help me pack - thus a handling fee which is included in S&H.

Domenstic Combined S&H fee's work like this:

A. You pay the highest shipping charge of all items you win.

B. You pay 1/2 (50%) of all OTHER shipping charges.
