It has 1 large frame in the middle for a newborn picture and 12 mini frames for each month of the first year or each year up to age 12.

Great baby shower gift.  Could be used for a boy or girl.

Colors:  white frame with light blue, pink, and purple pastel lettering. (baby's first years)  It hangs by a white ribbon on top.
